Are all of your ceramics handmade?
Yes. Every piece is designed, wheel thrown or hand-built, decorated, glazed, fired and finished by me in my studio.
Will my piece look exactly like the photographs?
Each ceramic is unique. While I aim to keep every collection as consistent as possible, variations in shape, glaze, colour and texture are a natural part of the making process. These small differences celebrate the individuality of handmade work.
Are your ceramics food and dishwasher safe?
Most of my tableware is designed for everyday use and is completely food safe. Decorative pieces with a part-glazed surface may not be fully food safe and some discolouration could occur if the rough clay is exposed to oils or coloured liquids, etc. Gentle handwashing would be the preferred cleaning option and this will help to preserve the finish for years to come.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, I welcome commission enquiries when my schedule allows. Whether you're looking for a personalised gift, a matching set or something created specifically for your home, I'd be delighted to discuss your ideas.

Ordering
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. You will be updated in the event that handling a significant number of orders means there will be a short delay. If your chosen piece or pieces are needed within a short time frame then please message me via the contact form or leave a note at the time of ordering and I will make every effort to get it dispatched as soon as possible.
Made-to-order or commissioned work takes longer, and an estimated lead time will always be provided before work begins.
How is my order packaged?
Every care will be taken to ensure that your special pieces arrive safely, it is important to me that any damage or postage issues are avoided.
All deliveries are made via Royal Mail and I pack all pieces carefully, using protective layers of recyclable material, whilst keeping environmental impact to a minimum.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Although every order is packed with great care, accidents can occasionally happen during transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours, including photographs of both the packaging and the item, and I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns?
If you've changed your mind, unused items can be returned within the returns period outlined in my Returns Policy.
Please ensure you read the product information prior to placing your order. My pieces are handmade and intentionally show the marks associated with my practise. I make in a way which shows the journey the pieces have taken, from a lump of clay to being fired and finished, they are not mass produced and are perfectly imperfect!
