Loopline Ceramics eGift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided and can be redeemed online against eligible Loopline Ceramics products and experiences.

eGift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance must be used before the expiry date.
eGift Cards can be used as full or part payment for purchases made through the Loopline Ceramics online store.
If your order is less than the value of your eGift Card, the remaining balance can be used towards a future purchase within the original 12-month validity period.
If your order exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.
eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
Gift cards are not replaceable if the gift card code is lost, deleted or used without permission, except where required by law.
Refunds for purchases made using an eGift Card will normally be returned to the original eGift Card, subject to the Loopline Ceramics Returns & Refunds Policy. A refund does not extend the original gift card expiry date.
eGift Cards may be used towards eligible Loopline Ceramics pottery workshops. Any additional workshop booking terms will also apply.
